In essence, they manage the land and secure the lease to be able to drill for oil and gas. Like a foreman on a construction site, they build roads, working premises (residential town), supervise the assembly of excavators and the drilling of the well itself, especially in hard-to-reach places. They are also part of problem solving, problem solving and mediation.
